Evaluate both this policy and client documentation before enterprise deployment.

This policy does not cover:

  • Third-party sites or services (e.g. npmjs.com, GitHub, Aliyun OSS download endpoints), which have their own policies;
  • Data you process about your end users after integrating web-print-pdf in your own systems—you remain responsible to your users as controller or joint controller.

We contractually require processors to protect data and use it only as instructed. Successors in merger or acquisition must honor this policy or obtain new consent.

Cookies are small text files on your device. We may use:

  • Analytics cookies for Baidu Analytics sessions and paths;
  • Functional local storage such as language preference.

You can manage cookies in browser settings. Clearing them may reset preferences or disable analytics. See your browser help for details.

10. Location, security, and retention

We operate the site in mainland China and store personal information there unless law requires otherwise or you give separate consent.

We use reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, access control, logging). No internet transmission is completely secure.

After retention periods, we delete or anonymize data unless law requires longer storage. See relevant sections for each data type.

14. Governing law and disputes

This policy is governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring suit in a court with jurisdiction where Hangzhou Babahu Technology Co., Ltd. is located.

If you have a separate written agreement on data processing or disputes, that agreement prevails to the extent it applies; this policy supplements where consistent.
